With over 20 years of professional experience 15 years non executive director roles and 10 years of self employment running her own business, Kristal has worked with global organisations and all levels of government to build leadership capability, strengthen organisational culture, and improve decision-making.
A proud Jawoyn and Wiradjuri woman, Kristal is widely recognised for her expertise in supplier diversity and Indigenous procurement, with her work today focused on leadership, professional capability, and culture.
